Obamacare - What Does It Mean For You

If you don't qualify for a Federal Subsidy you are still required to have health insurance!

The Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare or ACA, requires all US Citizens and Permanent Residents to have health insurance by March 31, 2014, or be charged fines and penalties. Those fines and penalties increase each year and will be paid with your Federal Income Tax Returns. The ACA Law provides Federal Subsidies to people between 100% and 400% of the National Poverty Level. IF You had Obamacare in 2014, you still must apply again for health insurance for 2015!

The Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare, holds Open Enrollment session for 2015 from November 15, 2014 to February 15, 2015!
